Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedic & Spine Specialists Voted
Hour Magazine Top Docs in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine,
Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
for Second Year in a Row
October 1, 2012 – Hour Magazine’s annual issue of Detroit’s Top Docs named five physicians from Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedics as recipients of the peer-selected honor for 2012.
The three Mendelson brothers were each selected in the orthopedic and sports medicine categories, making it the second year in a row that Dr. David Mendelson, Dr. Jeffrey Mendelson, and Dr. Stephen Mendelson have received the Top Docs recognition.
Along with them, Dr. Giuseppe Paese and Dr. Anthony Oddo were voted as the best of the best in Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation – which they both also received in 2011.
Dr. Martin Kornblum, Dr. Andres Munk, and Dr. Ferras Zeni from Mendelson Kornblum were not candidates for the award as Hour Detroit Top Docs does not include a category for their specialties, Spine & Neck or Foot & Ankle.
This is the 13th year that Hour Magazine has compiled a Top Docs list. All doctors in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, and Livingston Counties are eligible, and recipients can only be nominated by MDs and DOs. The winning doctors are then determined based on the number of votes from their fellow physicians.
