SI (sacroiliac joint) pain is generally describes as low back pain that radiates into the lower gluteal region and sometimes down the leg. Individuals with complaints of SI pain may have experienced a fall, have a history of lumbar spine fusion, been involved in an auto accident, or is currently or have recently been pregnant.
