Rehabilitation via Telehealth

We can now treat you from the comfort of your home using telecommunication to connect. This can include the use of phones, computers and tablets to connect the patient to one of our healthcare providers.

Schedule a telehealth visit

Call our friendly front desk staff members to help you set up an appointment and test if your phone or computer is compatible with our telehealth system. Once that is done the therapist will connect with you a few minutes before your appointments and start the treatment session.

Friendly Tips:

  1. Consider using headphones with a microphone to better hear your provider during your video appointment.
  2. Plan to be in a quiet room or a private space with good lighting. Know that your provider will discuss personal health information and depending on the audio settings on your device, others nearby may hear this information if you do not conduct your video appointment alone.
  3. Try to arrange for a support person to help you in case you run into any technical issues at the time of your scheduled video appointment. This could be a tech-savvy member of your household. If you don’t have anyone to help, don’t worry! We will do our best to help you connect.
