Knee Replacements

After exhausting more conservative treatment options, a knee replacement may be recommended in order to relieve pain, restore range of motion, and improve muscle strength and walking ability.

Depending on how much of the knee joint is damaged, partial and total knee replacement surgery may be an option. Partial knee replacement may be possible if the damage to the knee is confined to one area. If it is more widespread, then a may be considered.
